Fitness motivator and body sculptor, Bryan Clemons Jr., has a natural aptitude for helping individuals achieve their utmost physical shape and condition through the creation of a strong abdominal core. Notable for his clients’ full body transformations, Bryan’s own innovative techniques allow him to meet the body sculpting requests of men and women in a process of thirty days.

Acknowledged for his work ethic, Bryan continuously focuses on maximizing results and has mastered exercise programming through his diverse experience with numerous clients. As a former Equinox personal trainer, Bryan worked with several professionals in the South Bay area where he gained knowledge of workout programming. Bryan’s custom exercise plans are distinguished by rapid weight loss, pronounced muscle definition, and vast improvement in overall physical performance. Bryan is certified with the American Council on Exercise (ACE).

Always wanting to achieve greatness, Bryan attended Dorsey high school, where he excelled in track and cross country. Bryan won the state championship in cross country, a record that currently remains. Bryan’s athletic success also include two golden gloves in boxing. However, Bryan committed himself to changing to his physique and developed his personal weight resistance program of 3 months that he created. His program successfully resulted in measurements of 2.4% body fat (height of 6’ 2” with a weigh of 154 lbs )

Bryan’s wholehearted passion for fitness stems from his enthusiasm to teach individuals the importance of your core. He provides you with knowledge and workouts that leads to great strength gains and a better understanding of how to workout. Regardless of prior injuries, weight or age, Bryan makes it possible for you to form the type of physique you aspire.
